The Petitioners are in custody since 18.03.2022 in connection with Katoriya Police Station Case No. 84 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a), 32(2) and 56(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
There is recovery of 181.500 liters illicit liquor from four wheeler sumo gold.
Considering the fact that the two petitioners have clean antecedents and petitioner no. 3 has two antecedents under the Indian Penal Code and they are in custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34866 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 18.03.2022, They will be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-Vth, Banka in connection with Katoriya Police Station Case No. 84 of 2022.
The petitioners will visit Katoriya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
