Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62086 of 2021. Vide order dated 26.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 62086 of 2021, the petitioners were granted regular bail, in which one of the conditions was that the bail bond shall be accepted by the learned court below after verification of the criminal antecedent

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that after filing of Cr. Misc. No. 62086 of 2021, the petitioners were remanded in another case and the above-mentioned criminal miscellaneous petition was filed before their remand and it was the reason that case has not been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the regular bail petition.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the prayer, as made in this application, is allowed and the condition no. 3 mentioned in the order dated 26.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.62086 of 2021, is recalled.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
