2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for payment of retiral dues. The record reveals that leave encashment has already been paid to the petitioner as mentioned in Paragraph No. 5 of the counter affidavit which is reproduced hereunder:- "5. That as regards
Patna High Court CWJC No.18023 of 2018(10) dt.13-03-2023 2/3 statement made in Para 4 of the Rejoinder Affidavit, it is stated that the Petitioner admits to have received amount against Group Insurance with interest. As regards statement made in 4 (i) it is stated that the Pay Slip from Pay Verification Cell, Patna has not yet been received in the office of the answering University till 07.12.2022.
A letter to the Principal of the College of the Petitioner i.e. CM Science College, Darbhanga vide Letter No.
C/DR-1/17925/2022 dated 28.11.2022 with regard to the verification of pay through End to End Solution Software (Letter of the Director, Higher Education bearing No. 15/M173/2022-1543 dated 16.06.2022). Remaining amount shall only be calculated on the basis of Pay Slip and hence provisionally pension is being paid to the Petitioner from 01.03.2017 to 28.02.2018. As regards 4(ii) and 4(iii) is also dependent upon the receipt of the Pay Slip from the pay Verification Cell, Patna."

The State Government vide order dated 02.01.2023 requested the Registrar of the University-respondent no. 5 to submit application of petitioner through online mode through End to End Solution Software and after receiving the same on 03.01.2013, the Pay Verification Cell, Patna issued pay verification certificate No. 3012220800001 and the same has been communicated to the Registrar of University. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner in the present case has been considered. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may
