The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 30 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor has anything been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has figured in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Sikandar Paswan, who has already been enlarged on bail by order dated 08.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52025 of 2014 by this court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
