The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the informant's daughter for the purpose of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim in her statement recorded u/S 164 Cr.P.C. has not supported the allegation made in the FIR.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019.
