Petitioner was caught with motorcycle bearing registration no. BR-04-5588 and in course of investigation, it came to light that the aforesaid registration number belongs to a tractor. Except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.9.2014 and investigation of this case has already been completed, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Janta Bazar P.S. Case no. 82/2014.
