The petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainty P.S. Case no. 214/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant with sharp edged weapon but no fracture injury is found. The injury appears to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2014. There is a counter version also.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S.
