The petitioner is accused in connection with UdaKishanganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Virendra Kumar @ Amardeep Anand showing the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 10.09.2015.
