The petitioner seeks bail in Tr. No. 2284/2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 286/2017, instituted for offence under Section(s) 498A of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner always wants to keep the complainant but she does not want to live with petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the complaint petition. Learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur has mentioned in the impugned order that complainant Anjali Kumari had

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32597 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 appeared before him. She had stated that she is first wife of petitioner. She has a son. Her husband has solemnized second marriage and later solemnized third marriage. She is not ready to live with petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., East, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Tr.
