The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.748 of 2013 arising out of Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.102 of 2013 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Hilsa.
Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 03.07.2013. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on merit by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.04.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.2065 of 2014. The petitioner was apprehended by the police in a hospital where the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20482 of 2015 (4) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 treatment of the deceased was going on.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected.
