The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named Rakesh Kumar @ Chotu who was apprehended and disclosed names of remaining three persons, who snatched mobile phone and cash etc. It is further alleged that the looted motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the Co-accused, Rakesh Kumar @ Chotu and the same Rakesh Kumar @ Chotu disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner is in jail since 13.01.2015. The petitioner is not put on T.I. Parade.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14399 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2013.
