Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22486 of 2015. The charge has already been framed against the petitioner and the trial court has already issued summons to the prosecution witnesses. Hence, taking note of allegation as well as above stated facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 117 of 2014, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner even by taking his trial on day to day

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of police, Munger with direction to him to ensure the presence of prosecution witnesses before the trial court. Any failure on the part of the Superintendent of police, Munger, shall be viewed seriously.
