The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended and on search one old motor cycle was recovered from his possession. It is submitted that it has not come that the motorcycle was stolen one. Petitioner is in custody for about 10 months. Considering the facts aforesaid and also the fact that

No.14395 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2014.
