The informant claims that it is the petitioner, who shot fire at him. The informant died in course of his treatment and accordingly, Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri V. N. Prarsad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/concerned court stands rejected.
