The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case she is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 6 and the respondent no. 6 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17629 of 2017(2) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 6 regarding her grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
