The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Prakash Mahto, who was apprehended on spot. No incriminating article or arms have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34789 of 2022(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.Nagar P.S.
