The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased but almost all the witnesses have stated that at the time of alleged occurrence, the petitioner was in Nepal in connection with his livelihood.

Accordingly the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
