The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement when petitioner and one co-accused Manish Kumar Singh were arrested in connection with another case and subsequently, petitioner was remanded in the present case on 17.12.2015 and since then is languishing in jail custody. The investigation against the petitioner in the present case has already been completed and it appears that except so called confessional statement as well as criminal antecedents, there is nothing against the petitioner.
