The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Sunita Devi alleged that while her husband was coming after taking feast from the house of Jangli Yadav and when he reached near Mahadev Mandir, Luxman Yadav made indiscriminate firing at her husband and her husband died. The informant alleged that the petitioner and Ajay Yadav were also accompanied Luxman Yadav. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 2.2.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21514 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S.Case No. 19 of 2015.
