2. From the pleadings on record, the Court is satisfied that all the admitted retiral benefits have been paid.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dues of arrears of salary for certain period have been paid after much delay, for which interest may be awarded.

4. The Court would only observe that the present roster is only related to retiral benefit matter and arrears of salary being an in-service dispute had to be adjudicated at the relevant point of time before the appropriate forum as per the roster approved by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

5. In view of the aforesaid, as admitted retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off.
