JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2023 The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondents authorities to settle the Govt. Gair Majarua Aam Land, bearing Khata No. 512, Khesra No. 3339, Area 99 decimals, which is situated in Gram Panchayat - Sikaria Mauza - Sikaria, District - Rohtas (Sasaram) in favour of petitioner, since he has discharged his duty in Indian Army for last 25 years for protecting and safe-guarding the unity and integrity of the nation.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representations before the District Magistrate, Rohtas (Sasaram) / Respondent no. 2 in this regard.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above. If such representations is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the concerned respondent is directed to dispose of the same after hearing the parties in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation. Delay, if any, shall be condoned.

4. With aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
