2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 498A, 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 821-C/2023.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. In order to explore the possibility of amicable resolution of the dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38340 of 2024(5) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 Mediator has been received which shows that the dispute has mutually been settled between the parties.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 821-C/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
