2. The present writ petition has been filed for seeking following relief(s):

"For issuance of appropriate writ/order/ direction to the respondents to refund the amount of security to the tune of Rs. 5,05,450 (Five lakh five thousand four hundred and fifty only) to the petitioner with penal interest was which deposited in the Collectorate Nazarat Madhubani as reserved money settlement of Umgaon the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16337 of 2017(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 year 2016-17 towards Revenue Hatt for because the settlement was not made in his favour (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order /direction to which the petitioner is found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
