The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.67 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Shiksha Mitra in 2005 whereas first information report has been lodged in 2021. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a married lady and there is no chance of her absconding, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Bharti Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.67 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
