The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. along with other accused persons and it is alleged that the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and dragged her. It is further alleged that they took away different articles and set fire in the house of the informant.

It is submitted that there is counter version bearing Chousa (Fulout) P.S.Case No. 23 of 2015. The counter case was lodged by Wakil Mehta, petitioner no.1. Police examined the place of occurrence but no burnt material was found from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21540 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 place of the occurrence of the present case. The petitioners are in jail since 16.3.2015 and no specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj (Madhepura), in connection with Chousa (Fulout) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2015.
