JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him rather general and omnibus allegation of assault has been attributed against the petitioner and other accused. The impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge also does not reflect this fact that any specific overt act has come against the petitioner in course of investigation.

Accordingly, above name petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur
