JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Initially, the case was registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code but, subsequently, Sections 395 and 216(A) of the Indian Penal Code were added. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 11.02.2016 and it appears that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it has been averred at para-3 of the petition that petitioner was made accused in Bettiah Muffasil P.S.Case No. 627 of 2015 and, after that, he was remanded in some other cases which had been lodged against some unknown persons.

No.14510 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Nagar P.S.Case No. 732 of 2015.
