Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is 75 years old and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the age of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44630 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
