Taking into consideration that petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in jail custody since 21.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act without having any specific overt-act, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014.
