The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 435 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as different Sections of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The allegation is that 150-200 Naxals surrounded Rani Bazar and looted different articles from the shop-keepers. The police apprehended the petitioner and obtained his confessional statement but the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade. No incriminating Article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20857 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No.14 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
