The petitioner by pressing the present application, seeking initiation of a contempt proceedings against the Opposite Parties for alleged willful defiance of the order of this Court dated 21.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3624 of 2017, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction upon the concerned authorities under the University to examine the

Patna High Court MJC No.3535 of 2018(4) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 case of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of petitioner is covered by a decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8532 of 2008, similar treatment be given to the petitioner. A supplementary show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party nos. 2 & 3. It is submitted that in pursuance of the order of this Court, the claim of the petitioner was duly considered and the same has been negated by a reasoned and speaking order dated 11.04.2019, the copy of which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-A to the supplementary show cause.

3. Considering the materials available on record and the submissions advanced, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. It is needless to observe that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the aforesaid order, he has a remedy available under the law.
