JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 This application is filed for modification of order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26916 of 2019, by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the bail application, inadvertently, the father's name and residence of the petitioner no.2 has wrongly been typed as "Binod Mandal, Resident of Village-Ravichak, P.S. Shahkund (Sajour), District -Bhagarpur" in place of "Mitto Tanti, Resident of Village- Singhnan, P.S. Rajaun, District -Banka".

In view of the above submission, in the cause title of the order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26916 2019, let the words " Son of Binod Mandal, Resident of Village -Ravichak, P.S. Shahkund (Sajour), District -Bhagalpur" be corrected to be read as "Son of Mitto Tanti, resident of Village - Singhnan, P.S. Rajaun, District -Banka " and also let the time to surrender of the above named petitioner pending in the Court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32598 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019 be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
