2. The present application has been filed:

against the order dtd 6.11.17 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 271 of 2015 (Madhu Madhu Raut Das vs The State of Bihar and others) passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah, whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble court as pleased to dismiss the abovemention writ petition without considering on relevent grounds in this case.
