Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. From perusal of report of the court below, dated 20.2.2021, received in view of order of this Court dated 10.2.2021, it reveals that out of eight charge sheet witnesses, three witnesses have been examined till date and summons have also been issued.

Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody since 26.4.2018, let the
