The petitioners are in custody in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant- Mostt. Biphiya Devi, has alleged that the grand daughter of the informant Binki Devi was married with Shiv Prasad Kewat and she gifted cash, ornaments, cloths according to her capacity. It is further alleged that a child was born after 1 1⁄2 years of the marriage. After three years the accused persons demanded Rs. 5000/- cash, one golden chain and one motorcycle as dowry and threatened that if demand is not fulfilled her grand daughter will be murdered. No.21332 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 A.M. her co-villager, Kiran Devi, has informed on mobile that her grand daughter was murdered by her husband and in-laws and they burnt the dead body to conceal the evidence. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 04.11.2014 and the charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased and petitioners no.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, DistrictNalanda in Tharthari P.S.Case No. 52/2014.
