In the facts and circumstances of the case, judgment dated 13.03.2015 passed by Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in Criminal appeal No. 07 of 2015 is set aside and petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhisarai in G.R. No. 416 of 2014, arising out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014.
