The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
One country made loaded Katta is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2015. No doubt the petitioner carries some criminal antecedent but considering the period of detention of the petitioner as well as the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
