2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 11.07.2016 by the informant, Md. Ful Hasan.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that after meeting held by the accused persons, his daughter was abducted, taken forcibly on a motorcycle and she was trace-less. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. The case of the petitioner is that only because he being the friend of the accused persons, implicated. Others have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench.

5. Learned APP pointed out that the matter is of the year 2016 and the document that has been annexed showing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39476 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 grant of relief is of the year 2017.

6. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner also seeks relief by surrendering before appropriate Court.

7. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected on the ground of approaching this Court after eight years.

8. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today, the Court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose of the same preferably on the same day.
