The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made for demand of dowry and torture and later on the victim was killed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim has died on account of burst of appendix and at the time of cremation all the family members including the police and father of the deceased were present.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Kamta Ram, be released on bail on
