JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents, specially D.M. Banka, Respondent No. -2 to direct/allow this petitioner to host the flag at the statue of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, situated at Belhar Chowk, Belhar (Banka) as continuously and since 1982 his Late father has been causing hosting the flag till his death on 06.06.2022 and thereafter petitioner had hosted the flag on 15th August, 2022.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8557 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 (ii) For holding and directing that petitioner deserves to host the flag continuously at the statue of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, because petitioner is maintaining the statue and his father had established the same in the year of 1982."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
