On account of theft committed in the shop of informant, the instant case has been registered whereunder petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.01.2014.
From the order impugned, it is evident that save and except inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of the petitioner, nothing substantial has been collected by the Investigating Officer.
That being so, petitioner, Rajiv Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh PS Case No. 26/2014.
