Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Mahua P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-2 to the present application by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 11-08-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37800 of 2017.

No.44140 of 2021(2) dt.17-08-2021 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the co-accused has already been acquitted by the trial court in Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2018 by judgment dated 20-11-2019. I find no reason to interfere with the earlier order passed by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders in the court below and seeks regular bail, the court below shall consider the same on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
