The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2022 in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 186/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 272/273/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of 1130 litres of country made liquor from six motorcycles and the petitioner along with others manged to flee from the place of occurrence.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.05.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34919 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court, No. II, Cum Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 186/2021.

The petitioner will visit the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
