Petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120B of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. It is also submitted that the allegation of cheating appears to be against co-accused Pradip Kumar Singh. There is only allegation against the petitioner is that at time of medical check-up at Danapur, he was present there. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2016.

No.13564 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
