The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.9.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23295 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some mistake has crept in the aforesaid order dated 14.9.2020 on account of typing mistake made in the prayer portion of the petition itself and makes a prayer for modification of the same stating that at page nos. 3 & 4, in place of "Digha P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020", "Digha P.S. Case No. 370 of 2020" has been wrongly typed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27112 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 In view of the above, let the order dated 14.9.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23295 of 2020 be modified to the extent that at page nos. 3 & 4, "Digha P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020" will be read in place of "Digha P.S. Case No. 370 of 2020". Accordingly, this application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
