Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Petitioner has brought this fact that on record that prior to institution of the present case, he was made accused in Semra P.S. Case no. 52/2013 but inadvertently, it was left to be mentioned in para 3 of the present petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
