Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The present case was registered on the basis of a complaint petition filed by wife of the deceased. Petitioner happens to be full brother of the deceased and it is alleged that the petitioner as well as other family members of the deceased pressurized the deceased to leave his house and being fed up with the pressure, deceased committed suicide.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police after due investigation, found case true under section 306 Indian Penal Code but taking note of the aforesaid fact co- accused Pramod Kumar, having more or less similar allegation, was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14480 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Siwan in Sessions Trial no. 68/2016 arising out of Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case no. 486/2014.
