Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.10.2014 in a case registered under sections 392 and 411 of the IPC. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that Rs 49,000/- is said to have been snatched from the informant but according to seizure list only Rs 37,500/- were recovered from possession of petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner was caught on mere suspicion and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Chandauti P.S. Case no. 228/2014.
