Learned counsel for the State on instructions submitted that on 05.05.2016 petitioner was blacklisted thereafter it was withdrawn on 11.12.2017 therefore the compliance to the order of this Court dated 09.10.2017 passed in L.P.A 1153 of 2017 . Hence, the present L.P.A. stands dropped.
2. M.J.C 3497 of 2017 has been filed for modification of the order passed in LPA. Modification of LPA order or any order is permissible only if there are any typographical error.
