JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will remove all defects, as pointed out by the office, as and when normal Court would start functioning.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20249 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20249 of 2020 but, he could not surrender before the Court below on account of fact that during that period the Court below was not functioning due to pandemic.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27173 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below. Accordingly, the order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20249 of 2020 is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, this Modification Application is disposed of.
